In July, 2002, Wing Lam Kung Fu School lead a group of students to China to visit Shaolin, Wudang Mountain and Beijing.
And I WENT!! }:)
This page chronicles the lead-up and the trip itself (not that I was be able to post while I'm in China, but...).
Maps, itinerary and little bits of information, travel notes, preparations and stories form the meat of the pre-trip page, with some piccies to boot. Journals, daily events and, of course, tonnes of pictures make up the post-trip.

The return... in 2005. Once again the Wing Lam Kung Fu School organized a trip for more learning in China, intent on visiting Shaolin, Wudang Mountain and Beijing to train in Shaolin Kung Fu, Daoist Tai Chi and Bagua.
I WENT -- AGAIN!! }:)
And once again I kept a journal. There is no pre-trip leadup this time around -- those days are chronicled on my blog -- but there is plenty in the daily diary. Images shall be arriving shortly as well.
