Obviously if we're thinking of owning a small farm with animals, we're also thinking of a place to have that farm. Right now the best candidate appears to be Buckeye, Arizona. Fair prices, and only a half hour away from Phoenix.

Wow! An interview of Teller, from Penn and Teller fame. Isn't he the one that doesn't talk?
Genesis Whitmore 8/18/2001 08:20:28 AM
I've also been looking into information on Indian Runner Ducks, which are ducks that look like bowling pins. Not to eat, mind you, although I've heard they're prolific egg-layers!

If you are squeamish or a vegetarian then don't go here. Last night Uriel and I were discussing the idea of getting a small farm and keeping chickens, which led to the discussion on how to prepare chickens to be eaten. I don't think I could do this myself...

I never knew there was such a thing as a Gambian Giant Pouched Rat, much less the fact that they were considered nice pets!

Another neat Dali page, this one focusing on the symbolism behind his painting of Christopher Columbus Discovering the New World. I've had the pleasure of seeing this masterpiece firsthand and it's really gorgeous.

This is an odd link, Dara Marie Modest Clothing which features links mostly to religious clothing like Islamic fasions for women. Still, a nice art refrence and a plce where I should poke around I think.

I got curious as to the repetitive images of crutches in Salvador Dali's paintings and started looking for refrences to the symbolism associated with them this page is the first that I've found so far.

The adventure game market is suffering very badly right now, and games like Hitchcock: The Final Cut make me pretty clear as to why. These folks also made a game called Faust, which sucked rocks in my humble little opinion.

Genesis Whitmore 8/16/2001 04:46:43 PM
If you can handle a six meg flash movie, then take a look at Romeo and Juilet in l33t speak. What scares me is how accurate the dialogue is.
Genesis Whitmore 8/16/2001 04:41:07 PM
Coolness! The Vladimir Tytla Page is still around. He was one of the great Disney animators.
Genesis Whitmore 8/16/2001 08:35:48 AM
